Clicknamics Dream Lifestyle Incentives Rules & Payout Disbursement Schedule

Car Incentive Overview

Affiliates who achieve ₱1,000,000 in total commissions may choose a Brand-New Car equivalent to ₱1,000,000 in value instead of the cash incentive. The car will be registered immediately under the affiliate’s name, and Clicknamics will cover the car payments over 12 months through its Incentive Release Schedule.

Payment and Qualification Rules

Payment Terms

Clicknamics will handle the full payment for the vehicle in partnership with an accredited dealership.

50% of the vehicle value will be covered upfront as down payment, and the remaining 50% will be covered by monthly installments over 12 months.

All payments made by Clicknamics count as fulfillment of the affiliate’s ₱1,000,000 Dream Lifestyle Reward.

Activity and Compliance Requirement

To remain qualified for the monthly payments:

The affiliate must remain active during the 12-month DLR Validation Period (e.g., at least one new sale, referral, or promotion activity per month).

Must attend a minimum of two live Clicknamics trainings or events within the 12-month period.

Must maintain a clean compliance record — no policy violations, misleading claims, or refund-related cases.

Must continue to represent Clicknamics positively both online and offline.

Disqualification and Payment Termination

If the affiliate: Becomes inactive, Violates company policies, Engages in misconduct, or Fails to maintain active status during the 12-month validation period, Clicknamics reserves the right to stop the remaining car payments immediately.

No further installments will be made by the company, and the affiliate assumes full responsibility for the remaining car balance with the dealership or financing partner.

Reward Acknowledgement

Before car release, the affiliate must sign a Reward Acceptance and Compliance Agreement, acknowledging: That the vehicle serves as the full equivalent of their ₱1,000,000 DLR reward. That Clicknamics’ payment continuation depends on meeting the 12-month activity and compliance requirements. That the company has the right to stop payments in case of inactivity or violation.

To remain qualified for the remaining DLR incentive releases, the affiliate must continue to demonstrate consistent promotional activity and business performance comparable to the level of effort and engagement that led to the achievement of the milestone.

Specifically:

The affiliate must show ongoing effort in promoting Clicknamics products and opportunities, such as regular social media posting, ad campaigns, content creation, events, or customer outreach.

The affiliate’s monthly sales or referral performance must remain reasonably consistent with their previous activity — not showing a drastic or intentional slowdown after receiving the incentive.

Clicknamics may use internal metrics (e.g., sales volume, leads generated, team activity, engagement in training) to determine if the affiliate is actively promoting and maintaining growth.

A drop in activity or performance beyond a reasonable margin (e.g., consistently below half of previous average monthly volume) may be considered non-compliance, and the remaining incentive payouts may be delayed or forfeited.

The affiliate must continue to attend company training, stay visible in the community, and represent the brand positively during the validation period.

Clause: Activity and Performance Consistency Requirement

To remain qualified for the full release of the Dream Lifestyle Reward incentive (cash or equivalent reward such as a vehicle), the affiliate must maintain consistent activity and promotional performance during the validation period.

Ongoing Promotion Requirement

The affiliate shall continue to actively promote Clicknamics products, programs, and opportunities through reasonable and visible means such as marketing campaigns, social media content, lead generation, events, or other approved activities that demonstrate ongoing business engagement.

Performance Consistency

The affiliate’s monthly activity and performance level must remain reasonably consistent with the period leading up to their qualification for the reward. A drastic or intentional drop in sales, referrals, or promotional efforts may be deemed non-compliant with this requirement.

Acceptable Margin of Decrease

While exact sales numbers are not required to match the qualifying period, the affiliate’s activity should reflect at least a comparable level of effort and output, not falling below a reasonable margin (e.g., approximately half of their prior average performance).

Evaluation and Verification

Clicknamics reserves the right to evaluate performance consistency based on internal metrics including, but not limited to, sales volume, team activity, leads generated, content posting frequency, and event participation.

Consequence of Non-Compliance

In the event that the affiliate is found to have substantially reduced their activity, stopped promoting, or shown a clear lack of engagement, Clicknamics reserves the right to withhold, delay, or cancel the remaining Dream Lifestyle Reward payments or incentive coverage.

Spirit of the Rule

This requirement exists to uphold the integrity of the Dream Lifestyle Reward Program and to encourage continued growth, contribution, and community engagement. The goal is to reward sustained effort, not one-time achievements.

Clause: Disqualification and Payment Termination

Grounds for Disqualification

 • An affiliate may be disqualified from receiving the remaining portion of their Dream Lifestyle Reward (DLR) incentive under any of the following circumstances:

 • Failure to maintain consistent activity or promotional performance as defined under the Activity and Performance Consistency Requirement clause.

• Engagement in conduct that violates Clicknamics’ policies, terms of service, or ethical standards, including but not limited to false advertising, misleading claims, or unapproved marketing practices.

• Involvement in refund-related cases, chargebacks, or customer complaints arising from improper business conduct.

• Prolonged inactivity or absence from company trainings, events, or community participation without valid reason.

• Any action or statement, online or offline, that may harm the Clicknamics brand, reputation, or community.

Termination of Remaining Incentive Payments

Upon verification of any disqualifying condition, Clicknamics reserves the right to immediately stop or withhold all remaining incentive payments or car amortization coverage related to the Dream Lifestyle Reward.

For car incentives, any unpaid balance to the dealership after termination shall become the sole responsibility of the affiliate, and Clicknamics shall have no further financial obligation for the said reward.

For cash incentives, any unpaid balance or unreleased installment shall be forfeited in favor of Clicknamics.

Reinstatement Clause (Optional)

At the company’s sole discretion, a disqualified affiliate may be given the opportunity to regain eligibility for the remaining incentive payments by demonstrating renewed activity, compliance, and participation for a minimum of thirty (30) consecutive days, subject to Clicknamics management review and approval.

Finality of Decision

All determinations made by Clicknamics regarding compliance, disqualification, and payment termination shall be final and binding, based on verified data and internal evaluation.

Affiliates acknowledge that these rules exist to ensure fairness, sustainability, and integrity in the Dream Lifestyle Reward Program.

Cash Incentive Overview

To Qualify for the Release:

 • Must have reached the required total commission milestone (₱100,000 or ₱1,000,000).

 • Must have no pending refund, compliance, or policy violation cases.

 • Must be active and in good standing with Clicknamics.

 • Must have attended or watched at least one Clicknamics live training or DLR recognition announcement (for verification and documentation).

 • If the affiliate becomes inactive, violates policies, or stops promoting, the remaining payouts may be put on hold or forfeited.

 • Must remain an active affiliate after achieving the DLR — continuing to promote and maintain consistent activity.

 • Must attend at least two Clicknamics live training or community events during the payout period.

 • Must uphold Clicknamics’ core values and compliance policies — no spamming, misleading claims, or violations.

 • Must maintain a good performance record and positive representation of the brand.

 • If the affiliate becomes inactive, violates policies, or stops promoting, the upcoming DLR maybe put on hold or forfeited.

Payout Release of Cash Incentive

Affiliates who reach the 100k commission milestone will receive the 100k cash incentive during the Monthly face-to-face training at the office, subject to 10% tax.

Affiliates who reach 1M commission will receive the cash incentive during the December face-to-face Annual Event. If the 100k incentive has already been paid, only the remaining 900k will be released during the annual payout, also subject to 10% tax.

Overseas affiliates (OFWs) are not required to attend and may submit a testimonial video instead.

The 100k and 1M Dream Lifestyle Reward is unlimited. Every additional 100k commission earned qualifies for another 100k payout, regardless of previous payouts. This applies if you have already reached 1M commission. For example, if you reach 1M and then earn another 100k commission the following month, you will receive an additional 100k payout.

Example:

• 100k reached in February 2026 → payout in March 2026
• 900k reached in August 2026 (part of 1M target) → payout in December 2026
• Another 100k reached in September 2026 → payout in October 2026
