SINGAPORE TRAVEL INCENTIVE

Welcome to the Clicknamics. By participating in our program and promoting our products, you agree to comply with the following terms. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in the suspension or termination of your affiliate status and the forfeiture of associated commissions.

1. Code of Conduct & Professional Behavior

All affiliates must maintain a high level of professionalism. Harassment, abusive language, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of the Clicknamics community is strictly prohibited.

2. Pricing and Financial Integrity

2.1 Standard Retail Price (SRP) Compliance:

Affiliates must strictly adhere to official pricing. Under-pricing, price manipulation, unauthorized discounting, or “cashback” offers from commissions are major violations.

2.2 Official Payment Channels:

All transactions must be processed through the official Clicknamics gateway. Accepting direct payments via personal bank transfers, e-wallets (GCash, Maya, etc.), or cash is strictly prohibited.

3. Prohibited Traffic Sources & Advertising Standards

3.1 Brand Bidding: No bidding on keywords containing Clicknamics product names.

3.2 Spam & Plagiarism: Unsolicited promotion and unauthorized use of company marketing materials are prohibited.

3.3 Marketplace Restrictions: Direct selling on third-party retail sites (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Facebook Marketplace) is prohibited.

4. Account Ownership & Referral Integrity

4.1 One Account Policy: 

Each individual is permitted only one (1) Clicknamics affiliate account. Attempting to create multiple accounts using alternative email addresses to circumvent program rules is a violation.

New duplicate accounts will not be activated. If a duplicate account is found to be already active, it will be deactivated immediately.

4.2 Referral Integrity (Anti-Poaching): 

Clicknamics values the stability of our referral structure. Affiliates are strictly prohibited from soliciting existing Clicknamics partners to register under a new link or migrate to a different referral group.

Encouraging existing members to bypass the system by creating new accounts with different contact details is considered fraudulent behavior.

5. Disciplinary Actions & Penalties

Clicknamics routinely monitors all activities. Violations related to under-pricing, unauthorized payment collection, or breaches of Referral Integrity will result in the following progressive disciplinary measures:

1st Offense: Written Warning. The affiliate will be immediately disqualified from the current Travel Incentive and the specific sales in question will be excluded from Dream Lifestyle Rewards (DLR) credits.

2nd Offense: 30-Day Account Suspension. The affiliate remains disqualified from the current Travel Incentive and specific sales will be excluded from DLR. All dashboard access and commission payouts will be frozen during this period.

3rd Offense: Permanent Termination. Permanent removal from the Clicknamics Affiliate Program and forfeiture of all pending commissions, incentives, and rewards.

6. Legal Compliance

Affiliates must comply with all Philippine laws, including the Consumer Act (RA 7394), Data Privacy Act (RA 10173), E-Commerce Act (RA 8792), and the Philippine Competition Act (RA 10667) regarding fair trade and anti-competitive conduct.
